Virtual therapy sessions are offered via secured video conferencing to provide you with a safe space to explore difficult topics. Online therapy is a convenient, accessible option to navigate busy schedules, making it easier to prioritize your growth and healing amidst life’s demands.

do you accept insurance?

Most extended health benefits cover psychotherapy services for registered psychotherapists (our therapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario). Sessions are paid upfront and you will be provided with a receipt to submit to your provider for reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider to ensure psychotherapy services are included with your benefits.
